April 12 – Check in
8 AM – Sale office opens
                        Pick up lot numbers and weigh cards
                        Get pen assignments
                        Turn in health certificates

            3 PM – Weighing begins for all lambs

            6 PM – All Weigh Cards turned in

April 13 – Show Day
Judge: Cade Wilson, South Plains College

            8 AM – Show Starts – Rams then Ewes then Wethers
Breed order: Suffolk, Shropshire, Dorsets, Natural Colored, Speckle-faced, Cross, Southdown, Hampshires

            7 PM – A-team Classic – Grady Co. Fairgrounds, Chickasha, OK

April 14 – Sale Day
            9 AM Sale begins in same order as shown
